The Operations and Logistics team at Source Office Furnishings is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to delivery. This includes coordinating with suppliers, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring timely and efficient distribution of products to stores across Canada. The team also manages inventory to maintain the largest in-stock selection in the country, and works closely with other departments to support seamless customer service and space planning initiatives.
