Celena Phillips is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management, technical recruiting, and customer relations. Currently serving as the Installation Program Manager at Source Support Services, Inc. since June 2014, Celena drives service launches and collaborates with partners to align service priorities with ROI expectations. Previous roles at Source Support include Technical Recruiting and Resource Partner Specialist, Global Account Manager, and Customer Relations & Implementation Manager, where key responsibilities encompassed recruitment, account management, and compliance with regulations.
