Michael Hill has over a decade of extensive experience in information technology and support operations, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Source Support Services since January 2013. In this role, Michael leads a Services Delivery team that provides 24/7 outsourced technical support across over 100 countries, focusing on high-performance computing, data centers, and medical environments. Previous positions include Infrastructure and Strategic Partner Manager, where Michael managed global partner relationships to enhance service delivery, and Technical Services Manager, overseeing technical training for help desk staff. With a comprehensive background in various technology roles, including ownership of MKEVHILL Inc. and contributions at Vodaplex, Inc., and Zhunrize, Michael has demonstrated expertise in project management, customer support, and operational excellence. Michael holds a BS in Computer Science from The University of Georgia.
