Vimal Patel

Vimal Patel has over 25 years of experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Source Support Services since August 2015, where responsibilities include troubleshooting enterprise server hardware and managing onsite technicians. Prior to this role, Vimal worked as a Technical Service Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from January 2012 to August 2015, focusing on troubleshooting HP Proliant servers and related hardware. Vimal’s career began at HP in November 1997, providing support for desktop computers and printers. Vimal holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Tidewater Community College, obtained between 1990 and 1992.
