Fred Bentsen

Fred Bentsen has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and positions. Fred began their career as an Analyst at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants in 1990. From 1992 to 2005, they served as the Regional Vice President at The Princeton Review. Following that, they worked as the Vice President of Sales at Vantage Learning from 2005 to 2010. Fred then joined APQC Education as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2010 to 2016. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Friends of Texas Public Schools. Currently, they are employed at ESS as the Director of Business Development since June 2016, and later promoted to the position of Vice President of Business Development in January 2020.

Fred Bentsen obtained a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business in 2001. Fred also earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Engineering and Business from Rice University between 1985 and 1990. Prior to their university studies, they attended Harlingen High School, although specific dates were not provided.
