Jamie Marmorale

Jamie Marmorale, M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career in 1991 as an artist at J Loves Art, specializing in portraits and oil paintings. In 1999, they transitioned to the corporate world and worked as an Inside Sales/Retention Specialist at Semotus Solutions until 2000. From 2000 to 2009, Jamie worked at ITT Technical Institute as a Sr. Recruiter and Career Service Specialist. They then joined the Employee Service Management Association as the Past President from 2010 to 2012. Jamie's next role was at Grand Canyon University, where they worked as a National Corporate Liaison, Strategic Accounts, and University Development Manager from 2008 to 2013. Following that, they worked as a Recruiter, Manager, and Community Liasion at self from 2013 to 2016. Since 2016, Jamie has been with ESS, starting as a District Manager and later advancing to the position of Southern Regional Operations Manager and Southern Regional Vice President of Operations.

Jamie Marmorale, M.S. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2006. In 2007 to 2008, they attended National University and obtained a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership. Later on, from 2015 to 2016, Jamie pursued Certificate Programs in Human Resources from Courses For Success.
