Angela J. Roberts

Angela J. Roberts is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, operations, and education. Currently serving as the Area Manager for ESS since September 2022, Angela oversees daily operations in the Westside/Riverside region of Duval County Public Schools, maintaining connections between educators and the corporate office. Previous roles include Program Manager at Welfare & Pension Administration, where Angela managed technical projects, and an Information Management Specialist tasked with improving data integrity. Angela also worked as a Health Educator and Assistant Athletic Director at Duval County Public Schools, as well as a Program Manager at Veritiv Corporation, where notable customer satisfaction and contract renewal increases were achieved. With foundational experience in underwriting and customer service, Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Florida.
