Julie Watkins possesses extensive experience in human resources and customer service, currently serving as the Human Resources Senior Incident Manager at ESS since July 2021, following a tenure as Human Resources Incident Manager. Prior to this role, Julie held the position of Customer Service Specialist at PCMI Services - Powered by Willsub and served as a Customer Service Representative at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
