Beth Oleniczak is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the publishing industry. Since January 2013, Beth has held multiple positions at Sourcebooks, currently serving as Associate Director of Marketing and Publishing Strategy for Sourcebooks Fire. Prior roles include Marketing Manager for both Sourcebooks Fire and Libraries, as well as Marketing Specialist and Marketing Associate in the library sector. Prior to Sourcebooks, Beth worked as a Multimedia Copywriter at Vivid Ascent, creating diverse marketing materials, and served as Editorial Administrator at Riverside Golf Club, where written communications for club members were developed. Early career experience includes an Editorial Intern role at Modern Luxury, Inc. and Marketing Services Support at Hospital Specialty Company. Beth holds a Master of Arts in Writing and Publishing from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Writing from Marquette University.

In the early 1990s, Sourcebooks had its initial success in bookstores with business titles like The Small Business Survival Guide and The Complete Book of BusinessPlans.In 1993, Sourcebooks partnered with retailer Sally Beauty Supply to develop and publish 500 Beauty Solutions, later expanded to 1001 Beauty Solutions.
