Jennifer Aleman

Jennifer Aleman has a wide range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Jennifer began their career in 2012 as the Manager of Operations at The Standard Pour, where they monitored guest satisfaction and product quality assurance. In 2013, they took on the role of General Manager at Pozo Mercado, where they opened the concept with a training class of 12-15 staff members. Later that year, they moved to Velvet Taco as the Manager of Operations, where they were responsible for kitchen management, restaurant operations, scheduling, maintaining company standards, and team building. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as a Geraldine's/Fine Dining Server, and at Mudhen Meat and Greens as a Server Bartender. In 2019, they were a Server at Lockwood Distilling Company, and in 2020 they became a Brand Ambassador for Sourced Craft Cocktails and a Bar Manager for another round, as well as a Fine Dining Server for The Heritage Table.

Jennifer Aleman obtained their GED from Allen High School in 2000. From 2013 to 2016, they attended El Centro College and obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science. During this same time period, they also received certifications from the American National Standards Institute and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. In 2014, they began attending Richland Community College and earned a degree in Digital Forensics in 2016.
