Justin Boltz has worked in a variety of roles in the software engineering industry. Justin began their career in 2011 as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Kraft Foods Group. In 2012, they moved to The HON Company, where they worked as a New Product Development Engineer. In 2017, Justin took a role as a Software Developer at Takl - On Demand Home Services. In 2018, they became a Software Engineer at ThreatSwitch. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Software Engineer at Beachy. Currently, Justin is a Software Engineer at SourceDay.

Justin Boltz received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa. Justin also completed a Web and Software Development program at Bloc.
