Ben Madsen has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ben began their career at Select Staffing in 2006, where they served as the National Accounts Manager for six years. In 2012, they joined Union Bank as the Contingent Workforce / Recruitment Project Manager. After two years, they moved to SourceNow in 2014, where they held the position of Regional Director of Operations, Managed Services until 2016. From 2016 to 2023, Ben progressed to become the Vice President, Managed Service Delivery at SourceNow. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at SourceNow.
Ben Madsen obtained a B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and later went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from BYU Law School.
