Joan Mesiti

Joan Mesiti has a diverse work experience in various payroll and management roles. Joan started their career at Maple Family Centers as a General Manager/Operation Manager, where they managed a staff of 40 employees and handled customer service matters. Joan then worked as an HR/Payroll/Operations Manager at Leisure Time, where they were responsible for payroll budgeting and processing payroll for 70 employees.

Afterwards, Joan joined Active Staffing as a Payroll Manager, where they managed the payroll department for 4 branches and oversaw multistate payroll. Joan later worked at Gotham City Restaurant Group as a Payroll/HR/Office Manager, handling payroll processing, employee enrollments, and terminations.

Joan also had a brief role as a Payroll Manager at Forrest Solutions Group before taking on the challenge of becoming the Director of Payroll & Billing at Distinctive Personnel. In this role, they successfully brought the payroll and billing function in-house and leads a team.
