Tim Doying

Tim Doying is an experienced project manager currently serving at ONOPA SERVICES LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing multiple civil projects on a military installation. With a long-standing career in telecommunications, Tim has also worked as an outside plant inspector for Source One Corp, contracted to AT&T for field inspections and design related to the National Joint Use Notification System (NJUNS). Prior experience includes being a Safety and Quality Specialist at STS Systems Integration, LLC, where Tim led safety initiatives on telecommunications projects. Tim began a career in telecommunications as an outside plant technician at AT&T, accumulating extensive expertise in aerial, underground, and interior copper and fiber optic construction, repair, and maintenance over a span of more than three decades.
