Harvey C. Sigelbaum

Harvey Sigelbaum, Senior Advisor for The Riverside Company, previously served as President and Co-CEO, as well as Vice Chairman and Executive Chairman, of MultiPlan, Inc., one of the country’s largest healthcare network organizations. Previously, Mr. Sigelbaum was CEO of Amalgamated Life Insurance Company and CEO of Urban Community Insurance Company. Mr. Sigelbaum has been a director on a number of healthcare-related for-profit and not-for-profit boards, and was appointed by President Clinton and confirmed by the U.S. Senate to serve on the Board of Directors of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation.

Mr. Sigelbaum, an attorney, has been a member of the New York bar since 1963. He has served as an adjunct associate professor on the faculty of The College of Insurance, New York. He is a graduate of the University of Miami and Brooklyn Law School.
