Ethan Douglas has a comprehensive work experience starting as an Account Manager at iCore Networks in 2014. Ethan then progressed to roles at Vonage, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Customer Success. Their achievements include leading successful projects, reducing churn, increasing bookings, and managing large teams. In 2023, they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Client Strategy at Sourcepass.
