Michael Ducsak is the Chief Information Security Officer at Sourcepass. Michael has over 15 years of experience in information security, compliance, and risk management.

Michael started their career in 2001 as an IT Security Consultant with Dreamland Technical. Michael then spent two years as the IT Security Director at CHC Healthcare from 2003-2004. In 2004, they became the Managing Director of Information Security at Johnson & Johnson.

In 2005, Michael joined Verizon Wireless as their Information Security Compliance Director in the Network Compliance Division. Michael was with Verizon for just over a year before moving on to their current role at Sourcepass.

At Sourcepass, Michael is responsible for developing and managing information security policies and procedures. Michael also provides training and mentorship to staff on best practices for information security.

Michael Ducsak has a Masters Certification in Cybersecurity from Harvard University - VPAL, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Saint Leo University, and a Certification from (ISC)² in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Michael is also a US Patent holder for the “Timebomb” security software.
