Tina (Coleman) Patzer is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning several organizations. Currently, Tina serves as the Manager of Human Resources & Volunteers at SourcePoint, a nonprofit focused on supporting older adults in Delaware County, Ohio. Prior to this role, Tina held positions including Vice President of Human Resources at Aetna Building Maintenance, where responsibilities included overseeing HR, risk management, and safety for approximately 1,400 staff, and Vice President of Human Resources at Team America, managing HR services for thousands of employees nationwide. Tina's earlier experience includes an executive role at Workforce Strategies, Inc., specializing in providing executive HR consulting, and time spent at Mucho.com during the dot-com boom. Tina's career began in human resources at Lord & Taylor and included a venture as a proprietor of Housecalls in Chicago. Tina holds an Executive Management Certification in Business Administration from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business and is pursuing a degree in Human Resources at the same institution.

SourcePoint is your primary source of professional expertise, services, and programs for Delaware County adults who want to thrive after 55. We can point you in the right direction by providing direct assistance as well as referrals. We provide community support with in-home care services such as Meals on Wheels, help with chores, and transportation to medical appointments, as well as resources and support for family caregivers. We are also your source for both fun and fitness — our 44,000-square-foot enrichment center hosts a wide variety of programs and trips. SourcePoint proudly serves all of Delaware County, including Ashley, Delaware, Galena, Kilbourne, Lewis Center, Ostrander, Powell, Radnor, Shawnee Hills, Sunbury, and Westerville, as well as portions of Columbus and Dublin within county lines.
