Kristi M. Christian, Esq., CRCM has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Kristi M. currently serves as the General Counsel and Vice President Legal and Compliance at Sourcepoint, where they oversee the contract, licensing, and regulatory compliance teams. Prior to that, they were the Associate General Counsel at Angel Oak Companies, where they provided regulatory compliance oversight and support to C-suite executives and lending executives.

From 2015 to 2019, Kristi worked at Genpact as the AVP, Legal, and Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, they handled vendor contract reviews, compliance training, litigation management, and general compliance matters in the BFSI space. Before that, they served as the General Counsel at AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation and provided litigation case management, legal opinions, and regulatory research.

Kristi also has experience as a Legal Counsel at Generation Mortgage Co., where they provided support to the largest privately held reverse mortgage company in the U.S. Kristi M. started their legal career as an Assistant Solicitor General at the Cobb County Solicitor General's Office, prosecuting misdemeanor criminal cases.

Additionally, Kristi has held various roles at Crescent Mortgage, including AVP of the Appraisal Independence Department and Licensing and Compliance Administrator. Kristi M. also worked as a Senior Mortgage Consultant at miscellaneous mortgage broker shops and served as a Law Clerk at The Childs Law Firm, LLC.

Throughout their career, Kristi has demonstrated strong legal expertise, regulatory compliance knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work with diverse business units such as mortgage, collections, and healthcare.

Kristi M. Christian, Esq., CRCM began their education journey by completing their high school education at Manchester High School from 1989 to 1992, achieving a diploma. Kristi M. then pursued a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice at Columbus State University, graduating in 1995. Later, Kristi attended Georgia State University College of Law from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Juris Doctorate degree, specializing in Law.
