Francesco Vadicamo is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in innovative product development and research. Currently serving as Execution Manager at Sourcesense, Francesco oversees the Wearable & XR business unit, focusing on immersive technologies for workforce collaboration. In addition, Francesco holds the position of Head of Research and Development at HeadApp and has been a Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Talent Garden Cosenza. Previous roles include Business Unit Manager and Chief Technology Officer at Eco-Mind Ingegneria Informatica, where Francesco contributed to cloud, mobile, and XR solutions.
