Danielle Rogers

Danielle Rogers is a Product Manager at Sourcetoad, LLC. Danielle has previously worked as a Food Service Worker at ARAMARK, a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza, and a Product Owner and Development Manager at PCI LLC.

In their current position, Danielle is responsible for building out, prioritizing, and refining the product backlog for a new version of the company's tax billing software. Danielle works closely with the scrum team to set sprint goals and guide selection of items from the backlog to add to each sprint, based on the product roadmap. Danielle also gathers information from clients and state agencies, including on-site visits to gain a clear understanding of the clients' needs for the system. In addition to leading sprint reviews with stakeholders to report team progress and discuss impediments, Danielle regularly reminds the team of the product vision and why the work they are doing is important.

Before their current role, Danielle was a Development Manager at PCI LLC, where they coordinated all work done by the development team. This included prioritizing backlog items, scheduling of constantly changing client requests, resolving roadblocks, and seeing projects through to completion. Danielle also created and implemented interdepartmental workflow processes as well as internal department processes and procedures.

Prior to their role as Development Manager, Danielle was a Project Manager at PCI LLC responsible for managing the multi-year implementation of specialized tax billing and cashiering software for a municipal government client. During this time, Danielle maintained a positive relationship with the client and provided continued support for new requirements.

Danielle Rogers has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of South Florida. Danielle is also certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
