Safat Islam

Safat Islam began their work experience as a Backend Software Developer at Sourcetop in 2016. Safat then transitioned to being a Science and Math Tutor for AS Level students from August 2017 to September 2018 while being self-employed. Prior to that, from August 2012 to June 2017, Safat worked as a Science and Math Tutor for O Level students. Additionally, they co-founded The Binary Workshop in December 2014 and held that position until December 2015.

Safat Islam completed their M.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from BRAC University between 2018 and 2020. Safat obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Brac Bishwabidyalaya from 2012 to 2016. Safat also completed their A Levels in Science from Summerfields Grammar School and College from 2010 to 2011. Previously, Safat completed their O Levels in Science from Bangladesh Elementary School from 2004 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Safat obtained a certification in "shaping-up-with-angular-js" from Code School in August 2015.
