In 2008, they were a Higher Education Research Experience for the National Science Foundation at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. In 2010, they were a Staff Geologist for Grubbs, Hoskyn, Barton, & Wyatt, Inc. Consulting Engineers and a Teaching Assistant at Baylor University. In 2011, they were a Minority Awards Fellow at the Smithsonian Institution Museum of Natural History and a Principle Investigator, Research Fellow at the National Science Foundation. In 2012, they began working at Baker Hughes as a Well Solutions Geologist Advisor, a Well Solutions Geologist for the North American Completions Expert Team, and a Geologist for Applied Reservoir Technology. In 2015, they were a Principal Investigator for the Texas Injection & Production Analytics for TexNet at the Texas Bureau of Economic Geology. In 2019, they became the Chief Data Officer at Sourcenergy and the Owner and CEO of Geode Principle.
Casee Lemons obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Geology/Earth Science, General from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2009. In 2010, they began their Master of Science (M.S.) in Geology/Earth Science, General at Baylor University, which they completed in 2012. In 2014, they obtained a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma from Baker Hughes. In 2020, they obtained an Agile Product Lifecycle Management 9 Certified Implementation Specialist from General Assembly.
