Ben Cawood's work experience begins in 2013 at Burns Carlton, where they worked as an Associate Consultant on the Contracts Desk O&G. In 2014, they joined ICAP as a Junior Broker. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at FDM Group as an Account Manager, responsible for maintaining strong relationships and delivering solutions to key accounts. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Account Manager at FDM Group, where they operated as the lead point of contact for key accounts in the UK. In 2020, they became the Portfolio Lead for Banking and Financial Services at FDM Group.
In 2020, Ben joined SourceWhale as a Growth Lead, where they automated parts of a recruiter's workflow and focused on business development and customer success. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Sales and Customer Success at SourceWhale. As of July 2022, they hold the position of VP Sales - EMEA at SourceWhale.
In 2022, they also joined Pavilion as a Member.
Ben Cawood completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography and Transport Planning from the University of Leeds, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Bedford School from 2004 to 2010, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
