Mha Delena Nguyen

Delena Nguyen, MHA, has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Care Manager at Sourcewise since October 2020. Previously, Delena held roles as a Community Liaison at Sequoia Home Health & Hospice, Client Care Manager, Staffing Manager, and Management Trainee at Home Care Assistance, and Optometric Assistant at Focus Optometry. Early career experience includes positions as an Information Specialist at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and Sales Associate at Sephora, among others. Delena completed a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at California State University - East Bay, where a Bachelor’s degree in the same field was also obtained.
