Kritagya Tripathi has worked at Sourcewiz since 2022 as the Head of Customer Experience. Prior to that, they were the Customer Success Lead at Classplus from 2020. Kritagya was also the Director of Marketing and Product Management at Shoes on Loose from 2013-2020. During their time as Chief Operations Officer, they accelerated growth of business verticals from 3 to 12 destinations and increased average ticket size by 100%. Kritagya also managed day-to-day operations, conducted hiring and sales & ops training for 50+ employees, and designed a variable incentive structure.

Kritagya Tripathi attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Civil Engineering. In August 2020, they obtained a certification from Udemy to become a Product Manager.
