Jean-Michel BLANC has extensive experience in industrialization and technical support within the plastics manufacturing sector, having worked at SOURIAU-SUNBANK Connection Technologies by Eaton since January 1992. Currently serving as Responsable Industrialisation, responsibilities include managing a technical team focused on tooling design, Moldflow studies, procurement of tools, industrialization processes, and quality support. Previous roles include Responsable Technique et Qualité, where Jean-Michel managed both technical and quality teams, and Technicien Méthode Industrialisation, specializing in the industrialization of new products and process automation. Earlier experience at Compagnie Industrielle des matières Plastiques as a Technicien d'atelier involved mold assembly and production quality oversight. Jean-Michel holds a BTS in Mise en oeuvre des matières Plastiques and a Brevet de Technicien in the same field, both from Lycée Le Mans Sud.
