Aline Andrade

Aline Andrade has worked in a variety of roles since 1997. Aline began their career at Tecnologia Bancaria S.A. as Gerente de Engenharia e Implantação, where they were responsible for the development of technical projects, visual standards, operational cost management, and implementation and maintenance plans. Aline was also responsible for the deployment of approximately 1000 ATMs between 1999 and 2004. In 2005, they began providing consulting services for Projetos de Gestão e Marketing. In 2007, they moved to DIA Supermercado as Gerente de Expansão, where they were responsible for the prospecting, commercial and contractual negotiation of purchases and leases for new stores, and the management of the implementation stages until the effective inauguration. During their time there, they approved 45 investment projects of new stores, totaling around R$2 million each, in 5 years. In 2013, they joined GPA as Gerente Nacional de Expansão, where they were responsible for the expansion of the proximity stores - Mini Mercado Extra and Minuto Pão de Açúcar - and the Market Intelligence, Prospecting, Contracts and Real Estate Management teams of the Proximity stores. Aline was also responsible for the opening of 180 Mini Mercado Extra and Minuto Pão de Açúcar stores between 2014 and 2015, and participated in the conception and implementation of the Minuto Pão de Açúcar project. In 2018, they joined SOMOS Educação as Diretora de Infraestrutura. Currently, they are Co-Founder and Diretora de Gente e Expansão at SouSmile.

Aline Andrade has an education history spanning from 1987 to 2007. In 1987, they attended Escola Técnica Federal de São Paulo, where they obtained a Técnico in Edificações. From 1991 to 1997, they attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo and obtained an Arquitetura e Urbanismo degree. In 2005, they attended ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and obtained an MBA in Marketing. In addition, they have attended Wise Up, although no degree or field of study was obtained.
