Andre Biz

Andre Biz has worked in various roles in the industry since 2010. Andre began as an Intern at Britânia Eletrodomésticos, then moved to MMS Engenharia as a Technician in 2013. In 2015, they joined the Whirlpool Corporation as a Process Engineer, where they developed reports with business indicators and managed the implementation of the Industry 4.0 vision in Latin America. In 2019, they became the Head of Supply Chain Management at SouSmile, where they were responsible for implementing the most efficient factory of aligners in the Brazilian market. In 2020, they added the responsibility for the logistics operation in order to grow the team and develop processes that support the expansion of the business.

Andre Biz obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina in 2016, after studying Electrical, Control and Automation Engineering from 2009 to 2016. Andre then completed a Technical degree in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician from the SENAI/SC - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial from 2005 to 2007. In 2017, they completed a Black Belt Opex from Whirlpool Corporation in Engineering/Industrial Management. In 2018, they obtained a Graduate degree in Industrial Automation from the Federal University of Technology - Parana. Additionally, Andre Biz has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Escola Conquer.
