Luiza Nathália Garzim

Luiza Nathália Garzim has been working in the software engineering industry since 2009. Luiza Nathália began their career as a Software Developer / Programmer at Aurum Software, where they were later promoted to Inovation Team Coordinator and Software Developer Coordinator. In 2014, they joined Rede as a Jr. System Analyst, and was later promoted to System Analyst and Senior Software Engineer (Tech Lead). In 2019, they moved to SumUp as a Senior Software Engineer, and in 2021 they joined SouSmile as a Senior Software Engineer.

Luiza Nathália Garzim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2009 and 2013. Luiza Nathália then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Business Management from FIAP between 2016 and 2017. During the same year, they also completed an Intercâmbio in Aprendizagem de Segundo Idioma from Rennert New York Language School. Luiza Nathália Garzim also obtained an Ensino técnico in Systems development and programming from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo - IFSP between 2007 and 2008. Additionally, they hold a Certificate of Attendence Management 3.0 from Jurgen Appelo obtained in August 2017 and a PSM I - Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org obtained in February 2017.
