Eric Farrugia possesses extensive experience in the coffee and snack industries, holding key roles such as Head of Operations and Head of Supply Chain at South 40 Snacks from August 2024 to July 2025. Prior to this position, Eric served as Director of Operations and Green Coffee Buyer at Caffe Vita from January 2015 to August 2024, along with roles at Verve Coffee Roasters, where Eric worked as Head of Coffee Operations and Operations Manager from February 2020 to July 2022. South 40 Snacks is a producer and marketer of giant-sized sunflower seeds. Their seeds are a different eating experience and people are discovering just how much better a sunflower seed can be. Most importantly, the South 40 robust has a nutty flavor. Then there’s the size thing. While they don’t like to brag about their size too much, they knowit’s a big deal to some people.
