Justice Makhado

Justice Makhado is an experienced professional in organisational development, currently serving as the Head of Department for Organisational Development at South African Airways. Makhado is also the Managing Partner at Litha-Lethu Management Solutions since February 2016, focusing on strategy development, change management, diversity management, team building, and various organisational development projects. Prior roles include Head of Department at the City of Joburg and the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry, along with several positions as Assistant Director in Organisational Development at the Department of Trade and Industry. Makhado holds multiple degrees including a Law Degree majoring in English and Private Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Development, and additional qualifications in labour law and training from various esteemed institutions.
