Khomotso Chadi

Khomotso Chadi has extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and corporate governance, currently serving as the Head of Risk and Compliance at South African Airways since March 2010. In this role, Khomotso develops and maintains compliance policies and oversees the program's operations. Previously, Khomotso held the position of Deputy Company Secretary at South African Airways, managing statutory records and supporting the Board of Directors. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Risk Management at the Department of Public Works, where Khomotso created a risk management plan, and as Assistant Company Secretary at South African Airways, ensuring statutory compliance. Additionally, Khomotso worked as a Financial Advisor in Compliance and Governance at National Treasury, focusing on public finance management. Khomotso holds a B.Com Law and B.Com Honours in Financial Management, alongside a Project Management Diploma from the University of Pretoria.
