Mikail Hansa

Mikail Hansa is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience at South African Airways since December 1994, currently serving as Senior Purser In-Charge. Responsibilities include acting as an onboard manager, leading and supporting cabin crew, and ensuring compliance with safety and service policies. Mikail has also contributed as a Training Officer, focusing on safety training and customer care, and has experience as a Customer Service Agent in ground operations. In addition to aviation, Mikail founded Hansa Photography cc, where engagement in photojournalism and community-focused educational projects took place. Academic qualifications include a B Tech in Strategic Travel and Tourism Management and various certifications from the University of Cape Town and South African Airways, complemented by skills in digital photography and public relations.
