Mpho Phillip Sekhamane has over two decades of experience in aviation management, primarily with South African Airways. Starting as a Trainee Operations Controller in 1993, Mpho progressively advanced to various leadership roles, including Manager of Flight Deck Daily Operations and Senior Manager of the Operations Control Centre, and is currently serving as the Head of Department for the Global Operations Control Centre since 2001. Prior to this, Mpho worked as an Operations Controller at South African from 1998 to 2001. Mpho's academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both acquired from the Management College of Southern Africa, alongside a Diploma in Advanced Management.
