Sibongile Mapela

Sibongile Mapela is a dedicated Learning and Development professional with experience in various roles within the field. Currently employed at the South African Revenue Service (SARS) since August 2023, Sibongile focuses on emerging talent within learning and development. Previous positions include Learning & Development Personnel at Timk and Associates and Learning and Development Coordinator at Adcock Ingram Limited. Sibongile began a career in human resources as an HR Intern and Training & HR Intern at AEL Mining Services. Sibongile holds a BA in Humanities with a focus on Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations from North-West University, completed between 2014 and 2016.
