Catherine Botes

Catherine Botes is an accomplished HR Manager with extensive experience at the South African Sugar Association since February 1998, currently serving as the HR Manager for the Sugarcane Research Institute. Catherine also holds a position as an HR Manager at the SABPP since 2001. Active in professional organizations, Catherine has been a member of the Health Professions Council of South Africa from 1999 to 2017 and continues to be a member of the SABPP. Catherine earned a Master's degree in Social Science, specializing in Industrial Psychology, from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and has completed a coaching program at Results Coaching Systems in 2009. Educational background includes further studies at the University of the Witwatersrand.
