David Harris

David Harris has extensive experience in quality assurance and laboratory management within the food and sugar industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Cane Testing Service Malalane at the South African Sugar Association since July 2009, David has held prior positions such as Manager of Laboratory Services at Aspirata (Africon / Aurecon), Quality Assurance Manager at Tirolean Meats, and Laboratory Manager at Vega Hygiene. David's educational background includes a BSc Honours in Microbiology from North-West University and a BSc in Microbiology & Physiology.
