Danna Taylor

Danna Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning several healthcare organizations. Danna currently serves as the President of South Arkansas Regional Hospital, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Interim President/CEO of the same hospital from July 2023 to November 2023. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at the Medical Center of South Arkansas. Before that, they were the Director of Physician Practice Management at Community Health Systems from November 2016 to March 2023. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Administrator at the Arkansas Department of Health. At UAMS - University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, they served as a Physician Recruiter/Physician Placement Specialist from September 2011 to October 2014. Their earliest role was as the Director of Medical Staff Services at Medial Center of South Arkansas from February 2008 to September 2011, where they administered a centralized credentialing and reappointment process for the medical staff and AHPs.

Danna Taylor completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology from Ouachita Baptist University from 1999 to 2006. Danna then pursued a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University from 2011 to 2013. In between their undergraduate and graduate studies, they briefly attended Southern Arkansas University in 2003 and 2004, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree or studied a specific field during that time.
