Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager at Destination XL Group, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing store performance, sales, merchandising, and staff development. Matt also held the position of Real Estate Salesperson at San Diego Residential Realty and was General Manager at Map World Inc., a franchise catering to diverse markets. Early career experience includes Divisional Sales Manager roles at Robinsons-May. Educational background includes studies at Chapman University and service in the United States Navy.
