Josh Balogh is an experienced NextGen Pastor at South Bay Church Florida, serving since October 2011, initially as Part-Time Youth Pastor before being promoted to Full-time NextGen Pastor in 2012. Responsibilities include pastoring over 50 students in grades 6-12, sermon writing and delivery, budget proposal, event planning, and pastoral care for volunteers and parents. Previous roles include Assistant Service Manager at Central Market, Keyholder at Lifeway Christian Bookstore, and Youth Pastor/Worship Leader at Blanton Baptist Church. Early experience also includes assisting a Physical Education Coach and working as a Sales Associate at Family Christian Bookstores. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Trinity College of Florida, earned between 2000 and 2004.
