Mark Kelly has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Front Office Manager at Hotel Riviera Suites since August 2015 and simultaneously at South Beach Group Hotels since September 2014. In these roles, Mark directs and administers all Front Desk operations, focusing on delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring financial profitability while developing and enforcing departmental standards. Prior to these managerial positions, Mark gained valuable experience as a Front Desk Representative, providing quality customer service and proficiently handling guest reservations through various channels.
