Zach Scop

Zach Scop is an experienced professional in event management, currently serving as the Special Events Manager and previously as the Special Events Coordinator at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits since May 2022. Zach also holds the position of Auction Manager at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival®, a role started in September 2021, and previously worked as a Banquet Captain at The Signature Grand from January 2021 to August 2021. Additional experience includes serving as an Auction & Exhibitor Assistant for the South Beach Wine & Food Festival® from September 2019 to March 2020. Zach earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business, graduating in 2019.
