Robbin Finney-Granston is an experienced nonprofit executive and entrepreneur who excels at relationships and finding opportunities to support the advancement of mission-driven organizations. In 2005 she founded a small management consulting firm where she advised organization leaders on strategy, business development, and implementation.
Finney-Granston has a keen focus on market and product/service development, organizational improvement, and risk management. She provides expert advice and mentoring to entrepreneurs and helps them identify and secure government certifications and capital.
As an entrepreneur-in-residence at Hofstra University, Finney-Granston coaches students and entrepreneurs in the development and execution of business plans and pitch presentations while introducing them to sources of funding, additional business advisers, and other resources. She is an adjunct professor in the School of Business and Accounting at Monroe College, where she provides engaging classroom lessons to prepare students academically and professionally to succeed in business.
