Susan McLaughlin has extensive experience in public relations and education within the aquarium and zoological sectors. Currently serving as Public Relations Coordinator at South Carolina Aquarium since March 2018, Susan has also held positions such as Virtual Programs Coordinator, Virtual Programs Interpreter, Education Interpreter II - Virtual Programs, and Education Interpreter I. Prior to this, Susan contributed to Columbus Zoo and Aquarium from May 2013 to March 2018, where responsibilities included roles in animal programs and summer camp counseling. Susan holds an educational background from Miami University.
