Bryan P. then pursued a Master of Arts in Economics from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, completing their studies in 2006. Continuing their academic journey, Grady enrolled at the Rutgers University Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Planning and Public Policy in 2017.
