Deborah Mangels

Deborah Mangels currently serves as the Agency Chief Information Officer at the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, a position held since August 2020. Prior to this role, Deborah spent over three decades at Prisma Health, where responsibilities included serving as the System Executive for IT Technical Services from August 1989 to May 2020.
