Robert Hamilton

Robert Hamilton currently serves as Branch Manager at the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles since July 2023 and is also a Committee Member for the Veterans’ Advisory Committee on Rehabilitation at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since March 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Property Tax Specialist at Greenville County Auditor’s Office from August 2021 to June 2023, and serving in the North Carolina Army National Guard from November 2011 to May 2020, where responsibilities included acting as Supply Sergeant and Administrative Clerk during a deployment to Afghanistan. Robert has also held roles at Lyft as an Offline Driver Recruiter and at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee. Holding a Master of Public Administration from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, Robert possesses a robust background in management, recruitment, and maintaining security of sensitive items.
