Joe Grech

Since 2005, Joe Grech has been the CFO of South Carolina Federal Credit Union (SCFCU), one of the largest credit unions in the nation, with over $1.6B in assets and 156,000 members. SCFCU offers a full-range of financial services including savings and investments, checking, credit cards, and loans directly or through its subsidiary companies.

Mr. Grech provides executive leadership to a direct team of 55, including the Chief Technology Officer, the VP of Finance and the VP of Facilities. He has overall financial accountability for 400+ employees across multi-functional departments and financial centers.

Joe has had proven results in strategic leadership planning and execution, building revenues, expense control, increasing net-worth, as well as developing strong member and industry relationships.
