Ashley Iseman

Ashley Iseman has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ashley started their career as a 5th Grade School Teacher at Davis School District in 2007, where they delivered instruction in various subjects and collaborated with the Vice Principal on developing a phonics program.

Following their teaching role, Ashley worked as a Registrar Services Associate at Gordon College, where they assisted students with registration, created organizational systems, and maintained confidential documents.

In 2009, Ashley joined Santa Barbara Business College as a Registrar, where they implemented cohort programs and maintained accurate records. Ashley then joined Charter College in 2010 and advanced to the position of Regional Director of Financial Aid, overseeing four Financial Aid Departments and facilitating communication through regular conference calls.

In 2013, Ashley served as a Financial Aid Officer at The Art Institutes, providing financial analysis and program management support to the Art Institute of Charleston.

Ashley'smost recent work experience is with the South Carolina Ports Authority, where Ashley held various roles. Ashley started as an Executive Assistant in 2014 and was subsequently promoted to Executive Associate to the CFO and then Manager of the Executive Office. In these positions, Ashley provided extensive support to the CEO, engaging in tasks such as board meetings, project management, strategic planning, and vendor sourcing. Ashley earned a reputation as a trusted confidante and a decisive and resourceful professional. In 2021, Ashley became the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, overseeing executive office operations and enhancing the CEO's productivity.

Ashley Iseman earned their high school diploma from Wando High School in the years 1998 to 2002. Following this, they attended Charleston Southern University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Elementary Education. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Ashley pursued higher education at Azusa Pacific University and completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies.
